"The most fulfilling part of making this record was getting to play it live for the home crowd in Nashville," Ruby shared. "I did a show called Bryan Ruby's Broken Hearts Club at The Lipstick Lounge, one of my favorite hangouts over in East Nashville. I got a chance to take the stage at Nashville Pride for the first time, and we dialed up the band for my new song 'Lost On Me.' Part of getting over this breakup was getting the music out, and playing it all live was that moment for me."

"We stripped down the band and recorded it as a simple acoustic a few weeks after we had made the rest of the project. We decided to add it as a little bonus at first, but it's a real good thing we did because it has become a fan favorite. I think people are connecting to it because of how simple, raw, and real the story is."
